Wrapping deserts and other items for tray line.
Basic Knowledge of Therapeutic and mechanically altered diets.
Serving Resident Meals in dining room.

Cleaning and re-setting dining room, in addition to cleaning the kitchen
Preparing drinks for the tray line including thickened liquid beverages.
