Attends to the nutritional needs of the individual, including knowledge of feeding individuals who may be fed orally.

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Radiant Medical Staffing to provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living communities, based on the needs of our clients. This flexible per-diem position allows you to choose your schedule and work in different environments based on your experience, while providing excellent care to patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.) and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
Assist in transferring patients and positioning them for comfort and safety.
Help patients with basic medical tasks such as collecting specimens, feeding, and administering medications as directed by medical staff.
Document patient care and observations accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control standards.
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
Ensure patient privacy and dignity at all times.
Work in various healthcare facilities on an as-needed basis based on your availability and selection of shifts within our staffing app.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years of age.
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the State of practice
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting (e.g., hospitals, nursing homes, or assisted living).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or CPR depending placement setting.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule within our staffing app.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Flexibility to work in different healthcare environments, including varying shifts and locations ( Flexibility is key to obtaining shifts that meet your needs).
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test (if required by facility).
Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations.
