Grow Your Skills and Your Career
Whether you're an experienced CNA/HCA or just starting out, this role gives you the opportunity to use your full range of skills. You'll work closely with residents who require acute, medically complex care, providing hands-on support while learning from experienced clinical supervisors who are available 24/7.
If you're new to the field, don't worry - we welcome new graduates and offer paid training and mentorship to help you feel confident and capable in your role. We believe great caregivers are made, and we're here to invest in your success.
Compensation and Benefits
We want you to feel valued in every way. That's why we offer:
* Competitive pay from $23 to $27 per hour, plus shift differentials
* Medical, dental, and vision insurance
* 401(k) with employer match
* Paid Time Off (PTO) to recharge and take care of yourself
* A leadership team that's inclusive, supportive, and always available
What We're Looking For
If you have a current Washington State CNA or HCA license, a compassionate heart, and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you. Dependability, empathy, and attention to detail are key to success in this role - but above all, we're looking for caregivers who truly care.
Join Our Team
At Alliance Nursing, we don't just offer jobs - we build careers and community. We believe in supporting you just as much as you support our residents. If you're ready to work in a place where your skills are valued, your voice is heard, and your work truly matters, we'd love to talk.
Apply today and start making a difference where it matters most - at home.
Alliance Nursing is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
