Some travel will be required, but most collaboration will be virtual to stay closely connected with global stakeholders and customers. **Your Role** + Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for NUS File Services, with a focus on AI/ML, hybrid cloud, and enterprise unstructured data workloads. + Define product requirements, success metrics, and user experiences for file storage in large-scale, mission-critical environments. + Partner with engineering to deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure file storage features optimized for GPU-powered AI workloads. + Collaborate with cloud partners (AWS, Azure, GCP) to expand NUS file services into hybrid and multicloud environments. + Engage with customers, partners, and analysts to gather insights, validate roadmaps, and position NUS as a leader in AI-enabled enterprise storage. + Influence across the Nutanix organization to align file storage capabilities with broader NUS and Nutanix Cloud Platform strategies. + Serve as a subject matter expert and EBX (Executive Briefing eXperience) speaker for AI and file storage topics. + Drive go-to-market readiness with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales for new releases. **What You Will Bring** + 10-15 years of experience in enterprise storage. + 5-8+ years in product management, owning storage or cloud services. + Strong technical background in enterprise NAS/file storage architectures and protocols. + Experience with AI/ML workload requirements for storage-high throughput, low latency, scale-out performance and parallel filesystem design. + Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud deployments. + Proven ability to operate independently and lead complex cross-functional initiatives. + Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience. + Strong customer engagement skills and experience in field-facing roles. + Entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of building successful new products or services. **Work Arrangement** Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 189,600 and USD $ 380,398 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
