**What You Will Bring**
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and entrepreneurial leader to lead our Global Nutanix Database Services (NDB) Sales organization. In this role, you will report directly to Global Sales leadership and be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for Nutanix's Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) portfolio, leveraging Solution Specialists and core Nutanix sellers to capture a rapidly growing market opportunity.
Our new sales leader will bring deep domain expertise in enterprise database technologies, including relational and NoSQL systems, and a strong understanding of how modern organizations manage data across hybrid and multicloud environments. You will be tasked with driving Nutanix's growth in the DBaaS space by deploying repeatable sales strategies, building strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing global team. This role requires a proven track record of scaling new products within the enterprise, providing both practical and visionary leadership, and empowering sellers with actionable tactics and campaigns.

Work Arrangement

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 368,000 and USD $ 552,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
