Steven Naccarato leads, transforms and scales food & beverage and nutraceutical companies. With over 25 years of industry experience, Naccarato’s expertise lies in new product development, international supply chain management, and building strong manufacturing teams. As a seasoned operations executive, he has successfully launched 400+ new products including private label brands for top North American retailers and has secured several multi-national contracts with major food brands (Coca Cola Foods, Quaker Oats). Naccarato’s deep knowledge in food manufacturing has led him to an active role as President of Saskatchewan Food Processors Association and a Director of Saskatchewan Food Centre.

Currently, Naccarato serves as Board Member and Chief Executive Officer for Nutiva, where he pioneered the development and US launch of organic virgin coconut oil as a successful mass consumer product in 2002. Prior to Nutiva, he was Co-founder/COO of SasCoPack and GM of $60M beverage bottling company.
