On his healing journey, he began to research and use botanical nutraceuticals to treat his health conditions and saw his hair growth improve as he increased his overall health.

Dr. Kogan saw her hair shedding and thinning due to the stress of medical school and residency. Lack of sleep, an intense schedule, and poor nutrition took a toll on her health and her hair. She applied her medical education to her research on modes of whole-body healing for hair wellness as the basis for co-founding Nutrafol.

With over 20 years experience, Roman has launched and scaled innovative products and services globally for Fortune 50 companies reaching hundreds of millions of users. His deep expertise and point of view at the intersection of emerging technology and human-centered design has been featured in publications such as Wired, Fast Company, The Drum, and many others. With leadership roles at startups and top design & innovation consulting firms, Roman’s work has led to multiple patents and innovations spanning AI & Machine Learning, Voice Services, Robotics & Automation, Mixed Reality, Sustainability, and cross-platform experiences spanning web, mobile and physical spaces. Roman is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Nutrafol, focused on blending technology, human insights, and strategy to show people there is a better, more natural way to hair growth.

Additional experience with IPO preparation, software implementations, best practices, variance analysis, strategic growth planning, employee training and development, restructuring, project management, real-estate & property management, e-commerce, tax, modeling, and back end systems specifications and development.

Kelli Ferreri is a Chief Sales Officer at NUTRAFOL and is based in New, York. She has worked as President, North America at Candela; Regional Manager at MEDICIS PHARMACEUTICAL CORP; and Director of Sales - Plastic Surgery Division at Actavis plc (now Allergan). Kelli studied at The University of New Mexico UNM between 1980 and 1984.
