Jude’s experience spans hospitals, long term care providers, commercial payers, software companies, and academic institutions. He spent years leading a clinical analytics team and managing clinical decision support systems for University Hospitals in Northeast Ohio. Prior to founding HDI, he spent years in the healthcare software industry. Jude is the author of several college-level books. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration (Summa cum Laude) from Ursuline College and a Master's in Health Science from The George Washington University. He is currently a PhD candidate at Cleveland State University. He has developed and taught courses in healthcare informatics and business intelligence at several Ohio colleges.
