Pros of working at Nutrisystem

Work From Home

Cons of working at Nutrisystem

Poor Leadership, Poor Management, Declining Performance, Recent Layoffs. President of the company still thinks it's 2009. Has no clue how to run an ecommerce company in 2024.

Nutrisystem benefits

None. It was a horrible experience pretty much from day 1 until layoffs just 120 days later.

What do you like best about Nutrisystem's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing. They were only out for themselves. Absolutely zero leadership skills

How would you improve Nutrisystem's culture?

Fire the President, VP of HR, and VP of Creative. Promote COO to President.

How did you prepare for the Nutrisystem interview?

Researched competitive landscape and future of marketplace.

How does your compensation at Nutrisystem compare to the industry average?

average

What's the diversity at Nutrisystem like?

It was diverse in certain departments.

What brings you the most joy at Nutrisystem?

I was attracted by the opportunity to launch a new product. However, it was soon evident that all decisions are made from the President's office and your experience is irrelevant. Probably why business is down 60% over the last two year.
