**Responsibilities**
A NutritionAssistant performs numerous duties related to patient menu systems. Responsible for patient food service contact, patient menu management, obtaining patient menu selections, data collection and communication of patient food service needs. Follows standard practices and complies with regulatory requirements.
+ Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency of menu management system.
+ Prepare, assemble, deliver and retrieve patient menus/ menu selections according to prescribed diets.
+ Assist patients in completing menu selections compliant with prescribed diet.
+ Offer alternative menu, as allowed on prescribed diet and in accordance with food allergies, food sensitivities, and cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences.

Assists the Nutrition Services Director in managing the operations of the Nutrition Services Department. Dietary Aide - Mill Run Health & Rehabilitation Center Full Time Day & PRN Opportunities Available Optalis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a Full Time Day Dietary Aide for our Mill Run Care Center, located in Hilliard, OH . As a Dietary Aide you will make a difference for our residents by assisting is providing meals. This position provides preparation and delivery of meals, assists in food preparation, and cleaning of dining rooms and work areas. Minimum Qualifications:
Previous food service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a face-paced environment.
