Responsibilities: Conduct telehealth nutrition counseling sessions using an evidence-based, patient-centric approach to care, leveraging our technology platform. Demonstrate strong clinical and behavior change coaching skills, leading with empathy and use of motivational interviewing. Support a diverse patient population with a wide range of clinical conditions. Complete thorough and timely documentation for each session, including clinical and patient notes, in accordance with established standards of practice. Manage a caseload of 250+ members monthly through telehealth services, via phone calls and secure messaging, with a focus on building rapport to drive engagement. Ability to work independently and make decisions based on standard of care. Own the member experience and seek out support from team members Hold active licenses in 15+ states and credential with health plans as needed to meet client and organizational requirements. Work 40 hours per week, including at least one evening shift. Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, with active RDN status in accordance with CDR and state licensure criteria, and the ability to apply for a license(s) in multiple states. Comfortable working with members presenting with multiple clinical conditions (CKD, Diabetes, Hypertension, Oncology, NAFLD, etc) Extensive knowledge and experience in clinical and nutrition counseling approaches (i.e. motivational interviewing, intuitive eating, and MNT) Self-starter and can excel in a fast-paced tech environment. Collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute to a team in a remote setting.
