At Citi, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career, give back to your community and make a real impact. **Job Overview** Capital Planning and Management is a division that (i) owns the enterprise-wide capital planning and management processes for Citigroup and its legal entities, and (ii) ensures integrity and efficiency of Citigroup and CBNA capital profiles, on both an actual and forecasted basis, across the capital continuum ranging from BAU through simulated stress environments consistent with CCAR and QMMF (Quarterly Multi-Year Multi-Scenario Forecasting) assumptions. Capital Planning and Management organizes and manages the enterprise's capital planning and management processes which inform the Strategic Plan. The role is fundamental to ensuring the safety & soundness of Citigroup and the financial system in the US and globally and therefore also plays a key leadership role in the enterprise's Recovery & Resolution Planning. All enterprise decisions material generating a return, affecting risk appetite and risk levels, maintaining Capital levels are within the remit of this leader's role at Citigroup. Key areas of focus include the following: Capital Planning Manage the design and execution of Citigroup's, Citibank N.A. (CBNA)'s, and other regulated entities' planning process for RWA and capital actions (e.g., dividends and buybacks) Capital Management Determine and execute actions impacting RWA and/or buybacks/dividends to ensure Citigroup, CBNA, and other regulated entities meet all required capital targets Stress Testing Manage design and execution the ICAAP and Quarterly Multi-Quarter, Multi-Scenario Forecasting (QMMF) process **Reporting to the Head of Capital Policy, this role is a strategic partner to the Head of Capital Policy and Management. The role will help set the strategic direction for Capital Policy and will be an integral part of day-to-day operationalization and maintenance of Citi's capital policy documents, its associated controls and their execution, within Capital Policy and Management as well as cross functionally within the Treasury and finance ecosystem.** Responsibilities: - Provide strategic support and execution for the Capital Policy and Management Function - Manage tasks and responsibilities associated with the planning, directing, coordination and support of day-to-day activities relating to Citi's capital policy documents and related projects/initiatives - Help operationalize controls associated with and in support of Citi's capital policy documents. - Create or update policy, standards, procedures and applicable controls and supporting process documents - Engage in management activities, such as strategic initiatives, planning, execution and issue closures - Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Qualifications: - 5+ Years relevant experience - Prior experience in managing highly visible, complex initiatives and/or consulting experience - Capable of diving into details, while bringing a strategic add big picture perspective - Deep expertise in control environment and associated systems and tools of a large financial institution - Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skillset, and demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders across a large financial institutions - Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to senior management - Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a highly dynamic environment - Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and provide direction with judgement and authority to enable effective validation with senior stakeholders. - Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology - PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau Education: Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree/CFA preferred ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Finance ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Capital Planning and Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** 615 S COLLEGE STREET ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
