The NVIDIA IT Business Applications team is seeking an expert SAP professional to join their team which supports Operations and Engineering Operations businesses. This role would require working very closely with various business and cross-functional IT teams that include, planning, inventory management, Engineering and Finance, with primary focus on the Mass Production of Chips and Boards and the related Execution.
What you will be doing:
* Working with business users to understand their requirements, provide system solutions for sophisticated and exciting business problems
* Working on multiple internal Projects as a team member or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements, and translating them into effective solutions, in Production Planning (Execution , Inventory Management and associated functions.
* Responsible for SAP PP / MM configuration and support the processes already implemented.

* Prepare and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing scripts.

What we need to see:
* 8+ years of SAP ECC 6.0 / S4 experience focused on the SAP PP/ MM Modules.
* Bachelors or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
* Expert level experience working in the manufacturing supply chain and expert level knowledge in end-to-end supply chain processes.
* Knowledge in SAP BW / Hana reporting (& other Reporting Tools) is preferable.
* Strong Knowledge & Hands-on in standard SAP PP/ MM Features & Configuration, integrated with FI / SD Modules / SRM / BW systems.
* Expert in the business functions of plan to build/ Inventory Management / Vendor Management / Subcontracting Process / Stock Transfer Order / Batch Management / Serialization / Master Data
* Ability to architect solutions in the above areas, by seamlessly integrating & working with other teams.
* Strong exposure to data integration with NON-SAP tools / Partners thr' EDI / IDOC etc.
* Experience in Custom solution implementation across various RICEFW
* Good understanding on SAP tools like SAP Portals, SAP Ariba, SAP APO, SAP -GTS, SAP SRM UI5, Label Printing 3rd party solution would be desirable.

Military Engines (ME) Sustainment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP and Solumina specialist to support the Technical Service Center (TSC) for the ME Global Depot Network (GDN). The GDN provides maintenance, repairs, and overhaul (MRO) operational support for our F135, F119, and F117 military fleets. RTX has an opening for a Sr. Manager, Digital ERP Business Analyst - S4 HANA (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) Role.
The OneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. RTX has chosen SAP's S/4HANA to enable our future ERP system and has largely concluded the strategic definition and design phase and is now entering the initial blueprinting, build and support phases.
The ERP Business Analyst - (Plan to Deliver) is responsible for the successful delivery within each phase of the program:
Blueprint - detailed design for processes, utilizing best practices and maximizing process harmonization opportunities; evaluation of gaps and making scope decisions.
Build - collaborate with an integrated team of external resources and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of system capabilities.
Testing - support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; work alongside business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
Cutover & Hypercare - support successful migration from legacy systems to new environments. Support go-live and the continuation of RTX business' financial and operational performance.
You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working within an organization that is responsible for driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP's S/4HANA solution.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide design and configuration guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Compliance Analyst to join our Business Applications team in San Jose, United States. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization's IT systems and processes adhere to relevant compliance standards and regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Support IT Management to comply with risk assessments and audits of business applications and IT systems to identify potential compliance issues
Analyze complex data sets to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve compliance processes
Stay up-to-date with evolving IT compliance regulations and industry best practices
Provide guidance and training to staff on IT compliance policies and procedures
Manage and oversee compliance-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
Liaise with internal and external auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance reviews and audits
Develop and maintain documentation for IT compliance policies, procedures, and controls
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT compliance or a similar role within the technology sector
In-depth knowledge of IT compliance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA
Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective compliance programs
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in compliance management software and business applications
Strong risk assessment and management capabilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are highly desirable
Experience with IT governance and information security best practices
