What you'll be doing: As Program Manager, you will be driving the release planning and collaborating with the Engineering and Product teams that are globally distributed across time zones. You will be responsible for the overall consistency and coherence of specifications, setting quality standards and drive quality output of the software releases. Speak objectively and constructively about what is working well and what needs to improve as we develop new processes. Ensure that systems are in place to manage product feedback from customers as well as internal stakeholders. Promote a positive environment across the organization by modeling behavior that promotes good morale. Stay current with the state of the art in AI and scientific computing ecosystems. Lead a mix of infrastructure, full-stack, and AI/ML solutions. Inspire the team with a sound technical vision and a vitality to execute by creating an inclusive team culture. Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements and optimizations. Collaborate to implement standard methodologies, drive efficiency gains, and enhance performance. What we need to see: 5+ years proven track record in technical program management or related roles. 3+ years of this experience should be engineering (coding) and machine learning and deep learning software architecture and frameworks. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other technical field (or equivalent experience). Experience leading programs building software products using AI technologies. Deep hands-on experience with DL Frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). Up to speed on generative-AI advancements. Detailed knowledge of software engineering principles. Experience with industry standard configuration management tools. Experience with productivity tools and process automation. Confirmed experience to creatively resolve issues and resource conflicts. Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful. Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of Generative AI and Large Language Models and specifically with NVIDIA GPUs and software libraries. Program Manager Mobile Graphics IP RESPONSIBILITIES: The individual who fills this role will be responsible for driving graphics programs from product definition to full deployment. Focus will be on HW RTL IP development but also responsibile for coordinating across all disciplines to ensure successful IP delivery.
