Friede received an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business and a BS in Accounting from University of Idaho.

Shaun McAravey is Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of NVoicePay. McAravey has more than 20 years of experience helping organizations make appropriate technology choices by carefully evaluating emerging technologies, and selecting technologies that provide significant technical benefits. Prior to NVoicePay McAravey was President and CTO of SoftSource Consulting and Chief Technology Officer of STEP Technology. McAravey is a frequent and entertaining speaker at technical conferences. He has presented at the Microsoft Global Executive Roundtable, Microsoft Global Summit, Microsoft Technical Briefings, SD West and other national developer conferences.

John Ewert is a Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Nvoicepay and is based in Portland, Oregon. He has worked as Assurance and Business Advisory Services-Experienced Manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Officer at United States Army, and Chief Financial / Operating Officer || M&A | Cloud Growth | Value Creation | Operations at Elemental Technologies. John studied at University of California Berkeley.
