Position Details
* Hiring immediately
* 1st Shift work hours are 5:00am - 1:30pm (M-F) and 2nd shift work hours are 4:00pm - 2:30am (M-Th)
* Pay rate for this position is $24.30 per hour.
* $2.00 per hour differential for 2nd Shift.
Qualifications
* Experience in a manufacturing, warehousing and/or construction environment strongly preferred
* Consideration will be given to candidates with related experience in technical training or certification programs
* Higher starting wages are possible for those with framing, millwork, trim, and other related construction experience and skills
* Experience working as part of a team to achieve productivity goals
* Proven reliability as demonstrated by an excellent attendance record
* Ability to work inside or outside (as required) in a strong safety-focused environment
* Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, to include the ability to lift, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time

About the Role:
As a General Laborer you are responsible for:
Material handling.
Cleaning machines and work areas.
Taking instructions on what is needed (on a daily basis).
General labor in a manufacturing plant.
Being safety compliant.
Being adaptable to the needs of the day.
