What you'll do: The Superintendent is responsible for all the field staff on a project and will make sure that projects are built according to plans and specifications, supervising work of carpenters, laborers and subcontractors. Education and Experience Requirements:
8 years experience as lead superintendent on SCIF, commercial interior, retail, renovation projects
Experience in SCIF construction: knowledge of TEMPEST requirements.
Expertise in secure facility construction and working knowledge of ICD/ICS 705 guidelines
High school diploma and two years of college preferred; or equivalent years of experience required
Proven track record of independent judgment and decision-making when faced with matters of confidential or non-routine nature
