In this role, you will work independently and with a team to support the software and hardware needs of NVR. Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional first-level technical support to NVR team members.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
* Identify, prioritize, and escalate support tickets.
* Monitor the network.
* Assist the IT Services team with hardware and software deployment.
* Support IT initiatives to improve the end-user experience.
Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of IT experience.
* Experience with a Help Desk technical support team.
* Hardware experience with Dell and Lenovo.
* Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 2016 programs; Microsoft Certification preferred.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $108,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned Mobile UI Developer-Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of intuitive and aesthetically pleasing mobile applications. This role is ideal for a professional with a robust portfolio and a proven ability to work across state and commercial projects.
UI/UX Design: Develop and design engaging, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces for mobile applications tailored to diverse user bases.
Development Expertise: Implement cutting-edge UI solutions using modern frameworks, tools, and technologies to optimize performance and scalability.
Client Collaboration: Liaise with state and commercial clients to gather requirements, present design concepts, and deliver customized solutions.
Prototyping & Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups to articulate user workflows and interface interactions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile UI design and development.
Minimum Qualification
12-16 years of hands-on experience in Mobile UI design and development.
Proven experience with state and commercial clients, with the ability to navigate their unique requirements.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Invision.
Strong skills in front-end technologies, including React Native, Flutter, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with mobile app design guidelines for iOS and Android platforms.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification
Understanding of accessibility standards and regulations, especially for state projects.
Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira or Trello.

The Group Director is a senior service level position for a Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams who is responsible for helping to shape the vision of client service model and business management by defining clear roles and responsibilities for each team member and by overseeing daily business operations. This industry professional leads the development, implementation, and management of all elements of the team's client service model.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally
* Supporting the FA/PWA/team in cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships through an exceptional client experience
* Plays a leadership role in assisting the FA/PWA/team in developing and delivering against their client service model, including preparing for regular meetings as well as tracking follow-ups
* At the direction of the client and/or FA/PWA/team, preparing and reviewing various client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems for existing or prospective clients

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS:
Education and/or Experience
* 10+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position required
* Advanced degree or professional certification or industry experience required
* Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required
* Willingness to obtain additional licenses and/or designations as required
Knowledge/Skills
* Strong leadership skills
