NYDIG CEO and leadership

I have been the general counsel and chief compliance officer at NYDIG since leaving Davis Polk at the end of 2017. I started my career as an engineer, wrote the first law review article about Bitcoin in 2011, and built the blockchain and digital assets practice at Davis Polk in addition to advising traditional financial institutions as part of the financial institutions group. More importantly, father and husband.

Mr. Dalby was most recently CFO of Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund. Mr. Dalby has a broad array of financial services industry experience in corporate and institutional banking, capital markets, asset management, wealth management, private equity and renewable energy. Prior to joining Bridgewater, Mr. Dalby was CFO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of D.E. Shaw Renewables Investments. His role at D.E Shaw followed a more than 20-year career at UBS where he most recently held the role of CFO of UBS Americas.

Kelly Brewster is a Client Strategies & Marketing at Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart, Client Strategies & Marketing at Stone Ridge Asset Management, and Chief Marketing Officer at NYDIG and is based in New York City, New York. She has worked as Core Strats at GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP INC; Vice President, Equity Solutions Group at GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP INC; and Prime Brokerage at GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP INC. Kelly attended Syracuse University between 2003 and 2007.
