solid company, good environment, good co workers and insurance
Very LOW morale, poor CFO who was at that time Paula Nitto, Management doesn't credit you for your work. Unless your of Asian descent this is not a good place for you. You wont be recognized no matter how good you are. Expect ALOT of overtime and to work on weekends unpaid. Unless you know someone in an executive position your career won't go anywhere. there are much better places to work with better opportunity. Don't waste your time here unless you have no other choice
the only benefit during my time there was the yearly bonus which was a fraction of what shouldve been paid to us anyway considering all the required overtime that was done.
i didnt appreciate the CEO or the leadership team at all because everything that was mentioned was not directed to the lower/mid level employees only towards sales and upper management. too strict and closed minded approach.

Put someone in charge that isn't Asian and you might give more Americans more hope that they have a future there. Also provide more recognition towards the hard working americans which was completely lacking when i was there from 1999- 2006. there were no events or anything to look forward to during my time there besides knowing i had to work almost every weekend excluding the summer.

it didn't matter because americans careers didn't feel as valued as the Asians careers.
