Jeffery Kendall is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of North America & Latin America for Kony, Inc. In this role, Jeffery provides strategic mobile app solutions for the world's leading enterprises in North America and Latin America. Jeffery is an experienced leader in the mobile technology space. With over 18 years of IT experience, he brings an in-depth perspective in the areas of customer experience, self-service, workflow automation, and operational efficiency. Jeffery has held a variety of go-to-market, partner, and operational roles within Kony. Prior to joining Kony Jeffery was responsible for directing the strategic alliances, channel partners, and global product marketing for NCR’s self-service industry solutions. Previously, Jeffery has held multiple IT and product leadership roles leading global development teams in the ideation and launch of consumer-facing applications.

Experienced Chief Operations Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the Financial Industry. Years of experience leading a high performing and awarded Professional Services Team. Tenured in strategic and annual operating planning. Strong business development professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Systems Design Development.

Carlos Posso brings more than 20 years of technology management experience to his role as Chief Customer Officer. Carlos has been with NYMBUS since the company was founded in 2015, playing an integral role in its growth and success. He has served in various leadership capacities at NYMBUS across Business Development, Project Execution, and Operations. Currently, Carlos oversees Account Management, Customer Support, Project Management, Quality Assurance and Product Management.

Prior to joining NYMBUS, Carlos spent two decades providing strategic, managerial, and operational services to leading multinational companies. He was involved in operational business transformation initiatives at companies such as Nielsen, Perot Systems, ABN AMRO, GATX, Discovery Channel, and Chicago Tribune.

Carlos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Dan Chemnitz is a Chief Compliance Officer at NYMBUS and is based in Florida. He has worked as Security & Risk Manager at FIS, Inc.; IT Audit Manager at 360 Advanced, Inc.; and Account Analyst at Vanguard. Daniel attended Ursinus College between 1998 and 2004.

David Soli brings more than 30 years of leadership and expertise to NYMBUS. As Chief Technology Officer, David oversees the development and implementation of the NYMBUS product suite. Having spent his entire career in the software development and IT industries, David has extensive knowledge of the specification, design, development and support of infrastructure and software platforms. Throughout his various roles in IT, he has been integral to migrating legacy “bare metal” infrastructure to modern virtualized private cloud and cloud-based hosting solutions. On the development side, he has been integral to migrating legacy enterprise applications to modern J2EE multitier application platforms. David has been with NYMBUS since its founding in 2015, and continues to guide the principles of product development and lend his leadership experience to the overall success of the company. Prior to joining NYMBUS, David served as the Chief Technology Officer at Mediaspectrum, which offers cloud-based content management solutions for the media industry. In addition, David co-developed the Mediaspectrum software, which continues to power some of the largest media companies in the world.

Most recently, Ryan led Delivery for Kony DBX, the leading digital banking SaaS provider in the US, which has been acquired by Temenos.
