The job responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Blender Deck: This job includes the cooling of cottage cheese curd and blending it with CO2, cheese dressing, fruit, and flavors according to plant SOPs and formulation. Candidates will be required to understand the following operational needs. They must have the ability to perform the tear down, set up, hand wash, CIP, and sanitize of all equipment and circuits associated with the blending operation. General knowledge of the cheese room and work in conjunction with the Cheese Room Operators and Filler Operators to ensure an efficient operation.
