Daniel is the President and CEO of Interface, Inc. and Chairman of the Board. He joined the Company in 1983 after having worked previously for a national accounting firm. He was promoted to Treasurer of the Company in 1984, Chief Financial Officer in 1985, Vice President-Finance in 1986, Senior Vice President-Finance in 1995, Executive Vice President in 2000, and President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2001. He served as CEO until March 2017, and reassumed the CEO position in January 2020. Mr. Hendrix served as a director of office technology solutions provider Global Imaging Systems, Inc. from 2003 to 2007, and has served as a director of American Woodmark Corporation since May 2005. With more than 30 years of service at the Company, Mr. Hendrix brings to the Board a unique understanding of our strategies and operations. His experience extends to virtually all aspects of the Company’s business, but with a particular emphasis on strategic planning and financial matters. His tenure provides consistent leadership to the Board, and facilitates the interrelationship between the Board and the Company’s executive leadership team.

In Mucci’s time as president and CEO, Paychex has transformed into a technology-enabled service company. Combining innovative software-as-a-service technology with dedicated, personalized service, Paychex empowers business owners to focus on the growth and success of their business, instead of contending with the demands of payroll, HR, and benefits administration. Mucci is a regular guest on CNBC’s Squawk Box and Bloomberg Radio where he discusses the state of small business in the U.S. according to the Paychex | IHS Markit Small Business Employment Watch, which provides a monthly snapshot of small business jobs activity and wage data. With a 91% approval rating, Mucci was named on Glassdoor’s 2019 list of the top 100 CEOs of large U.S. companies. Mucci joined Paychex as senior vice president of operations in October 2002. In this position, he was responsible for all operations and customer service for the company’s payroll and human resource services clients, as well as the company’s product management and information technology functions. Prior to joining Paychex, he served as president of telephone operations for Frontier Communications, and CEO of Frontier Telephone of Rochester, N.Y. - both telecommunications services providers. Mucci holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, N.Y. and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester. Mucci is a member of the Upstate New York Regional Advisory Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee, and an advisory team for Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, a leading private equity investment firm based in Chicago. A longtime United Way supporter, Mucci served as chairman of the organization’s Greater Rochester campaign in 2016.

John Panichella is a President/CEO at Solenis and Board Member at United Way of Delaware and is based in Wilmington, Delaware. He has experience at Betzdearborn Inc. and has worked as Vice President at General Electric (GE), President/CEO at Ashland Water Technologies, and Group Operating Officer at ASHLAND GLOBAL HOLDINGS INC. John works or has worked as VP/General Manager:Americas at GE WATER PROCESS TECH. He attended University of Phoenix between 1994 and 1996 and University of Pittsburgh - PITT between 1976 and 1979.

Garnetta Sanders is our Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, a position she has held over the company’s 20-year history. Before founding Neta Scientific, Inc., Mrs. Sanders was an educator for over 30-years at Franklin High School in Somerset, NJ, where she taught Family and Consumer Science as well as supervised the Related Arts Department. Mrs. Sanders earned her bachelor’s in Education from North Carolina Central University.
