+ Inventory: Ensure daily weekly cycle-counts are completed, Responsible for inventory accuracy in regards to heat lot traceability, quantity counts and locations accuracy.
+ Maintain Inventory Integrity
+ Maintain control of all scrap ensuring accuracy of scrap inventory and compliance to scrap disposition policy.
+ Quality:
+ Fully support and enforce compliance with all ISO requirements.
+ Ensure all products/shipment are packaged appropriately for damage free delivery and to customer specifications.

Primary Responsibilities
+ Maximize efficiency at each work center by moving materials, WIP, foam blocks, and finished goods into and out of work centers and departments.
+ Anticipate and understand material requirements for the daily production shift for cutting and punching work centers is staged in the appropriate/designated area(s) prior to shift start.
+ Maintain organization of the parts used in assembly work centers as the mix of parts changes. Duties include re-arranging and re-labeling of bins, storage racks, and shelving.
+ Manage the Visual Management System
+ Require close coordination with team leads, production control, purchasing, and assembly operators.
+ Stay informed of changes and new procedures in manufacturing operations.
