Summary
The Sales Executive will partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized value-added solutions to solve customers' strategic business priorities. The person in this position will participation in a range of duties such as prospecting, presenting, proposal submission and closing sales to new and existing customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Present and sell Company's products and services to Fortune 500 accounts in the Financial Services - Retirement (401k) industry.
Follow through on tactical sales plan of the Company, including:
Identify sales opportunities.
Prepare and configure presentations, proposals, and sales contracts for prospects.
Subject matter expert for all products and services offered by Company, and is knowledgeable on Financial Service industry's needs and trends around customer communications.
Utilizes Salesforce on a daily basis to keep prospect and client activities up to date. Reports will be generated by management to track daily prospecting calls, meetings, proposals, estimated pipeline of proposal revenue, closing ratios, and other important sales activity data.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, and new technology to clients and prospects.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the relationship with clients, which includes continuously meeting with clients.
Oversee all pricing related issues, questions, proposal, and change orders for prospects and clients, as well as review and approve related invoices.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience selling into Financial Services - Retirement (401k) providers, required.
Qualifications & Requirements
10 years of proven sales, business development, and creating strategic partnership success in data analytics and SAAS, for the Financial Services Industry (including Banking, Life Insurance, Institutional, Defined Contribution, etc).
Experience selling large, multi-million-dollar contracts to large organizations.
Experience in CRM tools and Salesforce.
Salary Range
Base Salary Range: $165-200k + commission plan

The Optum Community Care Services (CCS) Medical Director works diligently to oversee clinical quality provided from community care providers to Veterans. The medical director will work collaboratively with the Patient Safety Specialists in reviewing medical records and determining applicable standards of care. The medical director will Chair the Med/Surg Peer Review Committee and oversee that the Peer Review Committee meets all applicable regulations and legal requirements. The medical director will facilitate and/or attend other committees including the Clinical Quality Improvement Program Committee.
The Medical Director will be accountable for ensuring that initiatives focused on clinical excellence and CCS clinical quality program requirements are implemented and successfully managed to achieve performance expectations and meet all contractual requirements. The medial director will perform clinical quality reviews of medical/surgical care, program integrity reviews involving regulatory compliance, health care delivery, and other functions to ensure that the best quality of care is provided to Veterans who are community care beneficiaries. This position requires working collaboratively and closely with internal and external partners. The medical director is expected to always communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external partners including the clients. Utilization management on such tasks as concurrent review and prior authorization review may be required in future contracts.
This position reports to the Chief Medical Officer, Community Care Services.
The Medical Director also provides leadership to clinical staff through case consultation and case reviews and regularly updates the Chief Medical Officer, CCS. The Medical Director will provide to the Chief Medical Officer, CCS recommendations for clinical quality program process improvements. The Medical Director is accountable for managing resource allocation as is applicable to medical management practices under his or her scope of responsibility. The Medical Director will consult with Optum Serve Technology and Consulting Solutions as needed on CMS and other Federal health Market consulting RFIs, RFPs, and contracts for VA Community Care Network and will support the Chief Medical Officer, CCS on various committees as necessary.

Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws as evidenced by 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season for compensation, using commercial tax preparation software.
Must possess active unrestricted credential: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year in a tax practice or retail setting for compensation, strongly preferred
