ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc )
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.
Ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently and according to procedure, utilizing electronic outside purchase order ledger.
Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed in an efficient and friendly manner, refunds are issued accurately using the correct payment methods, and returned merchandise is processed or staged in the returns area correctly.
Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.
Ensure that Zipline messages are communicated and Image Maker and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned.
Ensure team members are adhering to the posted work schedule, changes/deviations are being approved by a member of management, and team members are clocking in/out according to company policy.
Perform all store opening/closing duties, including performing day end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits according to company policy, preparing bank deposits as needed, ensuring all night security lights are on, locking doors and securing building, arming/disarming security alarms, and checking/securing/locking delivery vehicle(s) parked in secure designated area.
All other duties as assigned.

Logistics Operator III is responsible for various assignments, duties, and tasks within the Warehouse which, may or may not require the use of a PIT Forklift to complete. Ensures all facilities and grounds are maintained to promote maximum productivity of distribution center operations. Responsible for the highest level of repair in one or more of the maintenance disciplines (electrical, mechanical, etc). ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for daily maintenance and repair issues of all facilities and grounds systems, including structural components, electrical work, plumbing, roofing repairs, carpentry, painting, welding, parking lot maintenance, etc.
Ensure ongoing preventative maintenance for all systems operational in the DC; including HVAC systems, electrical units, lighting, roofing system, generators, parking lots, fans, restrooms and other plumbing systems, etc.
Monitor ongoing repair and maintenance for systems to ensure the most cost effective and functional use of resources, including manpower, equipment, supplies and hardware/software.
Recommend innovative and cost saving ideas to support better usage of our facilities and grounds.

Team members with experience may be designated as trainers. Job Overview
The Checker is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customer orders leaving the warehouse by inspecting and verifying all completed orders, documenting any discovered discrepancies, and ensuring any discovered discrepancies are corrected on the order prior to loading for delivery. This position will also review and inspect the accuracy of all route delivery trucks upon return to the warehouse, document any discovered discrepancies, and make all needed changes prior to finalizing the route truck check-in process.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Verifies the accuracy of Customer Orders by inspecting built pallets to ensure they are adequately built, stabilized, and secure for transportation to the Customer and reviewing Pick Tickets to ensure the Product Type and Quantity are correct. This includes communicating with warehouse teammates when mistakes are discovered so the needed correction can be made to the specific pallet.
* Inspects returning Route Deliver Trucks to determine if they are in the proper condition for the Check-In Process and performs Blind Counts of all returning Route Delivery Trucks to compare counts to the reported quantities of the returning Route Delivery Trucks. This includes communicating with Route Delivery Drivers of issues discovered and makes the needed changes to the final Load-In prior to finalizing the Check-in Process.
* Documents any discrepancies, changes, additions, subtractions, required to a Customer Order, (Miss-Picks, Pallet Types, Additional Pallets, Out-of-Stocks, etc.), on the proper Reports (Load Bay Diagrams/Pick Tickets), and provides information to the appropriate personnel.
* Accounts for all returned Product and Deposit Items on the Route Delivery Trucks and ensures information is classified correctly, including but not limited to Out-of-Date, Damaged, Good Items, and Pallets.
* Maintains cleanliness and safety of work area and warehouse, performs other tasks including pallet building as determined and requested by management.

The **Field Loss Prevention Manager (FLPM)** coordinates Loss Prevention and Safety related programs intended to protect Staples assets and ensure a safe environment for associates and customers within Staples US Retail locations. **Job responsibilities:**
