The Directors for the Leadership Training Division (LTD) and Executive Development Division (EDD) will be the Government Technical Monitors for this position. The incumbent will maintain a close and highly-responsive relationship with the LMS Dean's Office, the five operational divisions/offices within LMS, presenters, senior officials, and other stakeholder offices within the Department, and relevant partner organizations inside and outside of the government. The incumbent will maintain confidentiality and use discretion in all communications and work confidently and competently with the most senior level offices in the Department of State. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as non-supervisory team lead of contract Program Assistants who provide direct logistic and administrative support to EDD and LTD training courses, programs, and services. Maintain a close and highly-responsive relationship with the day-to-day activities of EDD and LTD, the Course Chairs, and LMS senior staff. Draft and review out-going documents and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with Department of State and FSI procedures and format; assure proper clearances have been obtained, when needed.
