The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Follow and promote all company customer service programs, i.e. Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc. Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise. Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers as needed and directed. Complete assigned company training relevant to position. Responsible for accurately maintaining and securing the cash drawer, accepting cash and/or checks, accurately making change, and processing credit card transactions. Process exchanges and returns for credit in a friendly manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner. Assist with the completion of daily image maker, and planogram updates, including freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting and facing, cleaning, etc. Perform various daily operational tasks, i.e., prepare new, core, and warranty merchandise returns to be shipped to the distribution center, assist with monthly stock adjustments, inventory cycle counts, etc. Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after corresponding training is completed and company requirements are met. Perform various in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow) - (i.e.; install wipers, test and charge batteries, test charging system, scan vehicle trouble codes, replace headlight capsules, etc.) Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries (Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements) when business needs dictate. All other duties as assigned. The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. Responsible for coordination and administration of Kroger Health (KH) contracts while supporting contract management teams and KH leaders. Collaborate with contract managers and internal business units on recommendations to ensure contract compliance and profitability and provide appropriate education to division/store teams to drive growth. Responsibilities - Maintain contract management and RFP processes, new opportunity requests, status and reporting of the same within Salesforce - Support KH leaders by managing payor requests, credentialing, member grievances, attestations, rebill requests, reimbursement appeals, etc., to maximize contract profitability compliance - Verify and monitor contracting to ensure appropriate NDAs are in place when sharing any information, creating/redlining contracts and/or SOWs - Work with Contracting and Operations teams to implement contracts/programs based on agreed upon services/products - Support payor/client relationships including client meetings, invoicing, and addressing opportunities - Participate in the creation/delivery of quarterly business reviews with payors/clients - Facilitate reporting needs for contracting team leveraging existing tools, working with internal teams and external payors/clients - Communicate with KH leaders on contract performance, successes and improvement areas - Make recommendations and help in execution of process improvement initiatives for contract management team - Participate in special projects as assigned by KH leaders - Work with Finance to ensure revenue is captured and invoices are paid by client as appropriate - Apply knowledge and expertise of third party contracting and healthcare industry to assist in educating and supporting division/store teams on claim issues - Lead maintenance and organization of contracting and RFP repositories - Collaborate with credentialing specialists to ensure contract compliance - Travel regionally to meet with groups to review performance of services and to support business needs - Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Qualifications Minimum - 2+ years of experience in payor or account management role for healthcare or retailer - 3+ years of experience in healthcare industry or retailer - 1 year of project coordination experience - Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information - Effectively able to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities - Excellent presentation, organization, oral and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Proven ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships Desired - Bachelor's Degree healthcare or business related field - Any experience successfully identifying, adopting and leading change initiatives - Ability to gain alignment across multiple parts of the organization and works in collaboration with stakeholders and peer groups - Ability to facilitate/translate strategic business requirements into strategic solutions - Competent in developing and delivering innovative solutions to diverse and complex problems
