Position Summary:
Position is responsible for performing all custodian and maintenance functions as assigned or outlined to ensure cleanliness and overall physical appearance of the Facility, inside and out. The purpose of this position is to assist with daily cleaning of the facility, including shop floor and restrooms. This person will be responsible for loading & unloading shipments and will also build pallets & crates for outbound tooling. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to work independently to accomplish goals and objectives.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Custodial
· Clean shop floor, breakroom, conference room and common areas every day or as required.
· Empty trash in each of these areas on a daily basis or as needed.
· Clean, mop, wash, buff and vacuum floors on a daily basis or as required.
· Clean and sanitize bathrooms on a daily basis or more often as required.
· Empty smoking receptacles as required.
· Maintain outside common walk areas, main entrance locations, sweeping debris and cleaning parking lot.
· Wash and clean mirrors, windows and vending equipment as required.
· Keep warehouse organized and neatly store large incoming shipments like tools and fixtures.
MAINTENANCE:
· Perform routine maintenance tasks (such as changing light bulbs, moving furniture, setting up for meetings, painting, washing walls, etc.).
· Put supplies away when orders from come in.
DATA ENTRY:
· Check in raw material ensuring both the size and quantity received are correct
· Track and order cleaning supplies as required.
· Order cleaning products as necessary.
MATERIAL HANDLING:
· Build gaylord boxes for chip storage.
· Move, stack, organize chip and scrap bins until ready for sale
· Palletize solid scrap and drop materials until ready for sale
SHIPPING:
· Build pallets and skids for tool and fixture shipments.
· Prepare small parcel shipments as required
· Prepare foam prototype job shipments as required
SECONDARY DUTIES:
Perform all other duties as required.

PHYSICAL CONSIDERATIONS:
