The Installer Service Specialist is an experienced and technical parts specialist who services the needs of professional customers through the store's installer counter. This position will oversee and direct the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Assist on front counter as needed and, on the retail counter as needed. Help with backroom duties, i.e., auto-load, returns, stock, etc., as needed. Assist with customer labor claims, making sure they are processed quickly and efficiently. All other duties as assigned. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This position will manage the store during the Store Manager's absence and/or when working opposing shifts.
