Acts as main shoplifting deterrent/front floor security.
Assist with O'Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
Cashier
Check out customers purchasing front floor merchandise in a quick and friendly manner.
Handle merchandise returns from customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Whenever express lane is not being utilized and the counter is busy, assist customers by finishing tickets, taking money, checks, and credit cards, etc.

Required:

Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries (Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements) when business needs dictate.

Job Overview
The Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist is critical support to the POD Model in the One Tier Sales Strategy in a flexible, 24/7 operation. The need for this role is heightened by the Future of Operations move of Dollar General and some independent groceries from Small Store to the Large Store channel. The Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist will provide vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and Merchandiser, may be the first call point for late PM/early AM weekends ensuring proper route coverage, and acting as liaison between the customer, merchandiser and driver for order refusals, and inventory overload. Duties & Responsibilities
* Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs. Provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
* Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer to ensure the day-to-day success of the operation and directly contribute to the financial performance of the company in terms of revenue, volume, and gross profit.
* Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial plans to ensure excellence in RED (Right Execution Daily) scores for assigned customers.
* Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, arranging the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged and out of date product to the branch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
* Produce digital media from scripting, story writing, recording, editing and publishing of video, photo, and audio files for Tractor Supply's media needs. Interact with department managers and executive managers to ensure media satisfaction from the point of idea to final project.
* The production needs range from: video, audio, photography, graphic design (typically logo or print design), story boarding, animation, special effects, and other techniques to tell a story through the digital media.
* Produce/direct a live-stream, filming, recording studio voice-overs, editing, compression, publishing, storage and delivering of video and audio files.
* Plan the logistics of a video or photo shoot, including but not limited to: communicating with Regional Vice President and District Managers of local stores in order to establish the most desirable filming location and time, or researching to find the best shoot location and communicating with the owner of the property; communicate, hire, and pay actors, and ensure the proper media equipment is packed and ready for video/photo shoot.

Required Qualifications
