ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center. Must have legal required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements. Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route, deliver to appropriate store.
Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.
Responsible for keeping fleet/fuel card, vehicle and keys secure. Must be familiar with accident report guidelines
Ensure designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest. Deliveries must be made according to set schedule and any delays reported to city delivery supervisor and/or stores remaining on route.
Project professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations. Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
Check fluid levels, i.e., oil, radiator, transmission, etc., and log mileage prior to operating vehicle each day.
Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to store manager.. Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock and secure vehicle at end of day's business. Drive safely and defensively.

The Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist is critical support to the POD Model in the One Tier Sales Strategy in a flexible, 24/7 operation. * Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer to ensure the day-to-day success of the operation and directly contribute to the financial performance of the company in terms of revenue, volume, and gross profit.

Promote trust and respect among associates.
Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store.
Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and be able to respond to questions and make suggestions about products.
Inform customers of frozen food specials.
Recommend frozen food items to customers to ensure they get the products they want and need.
Check product quality to ensure freshness. Review “sell by” dates and take appropriate action.
Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
Display a positive attitude.
Stay current with present, future, seasonal and special ads.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained and temperature logs are maintained.
Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management.
Practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notify appropriate department or store manager of any items in need of repair.
Notify management of customer or employee accidents.
Report all safety risks or issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft or fraud.
Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Motivated to drive their business day to day and achieve daily, weekly, monthly sales goals.
* Proactively drives business through focusing on the customer at the core of all decisions
* Supports company initiatives
* Participates in team training to execute business results
* Utilizes "More Ways to Shop" to drive business results and supports use of new technology
* Represents the customer experience expectations in store
* Delivers a consistent experience aligned to RL Brand expectations by supporting the company and store vision
* Champion of RL core values
* Supports a collaborative environment with the customer at its core
* Engages in networking to start to build a clientele
* Provides on going feedback to Management on successes and opportunities
* Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative paths to purchase by supporting alternative purchasing processes - Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home.
* Broaden customer accessibility to product discovery - QR codes, digital catalogs, virtual stores.
* Provides necessary feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs.
* Ensures sales floor and all store standards are met at all time.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred
* Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
* Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately
* Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours
* Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
* Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
