About the Role The Creative Director will lead the strategic execution of design updates across our learning products, marketing campaigns, and brand experiences. This role requires a balance of big-picture creativity, strong leadership, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and has a deep understanding of digital design and storytelling. You thrive in guiding teams to translate complex ideas into inspiring and impactful experiences. What You'll Do Define and drive the overall creative vision for the brand, web interfaces, marketing assets, and brand experiences. Manage external creative partners, agencies, and freelancers as needed.Monitor design trends, emerging technologies, and learner engagement data to inform creative strategy. What You'll Have Required: 8+ years of creative leadership experience, ideally in EdTech, digital media, or education-related industries. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creative strategy, visual direction, digital design, and brand storytelling. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, familiarity with AI design tools and experimentation (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Experience creating content for digital learning platforms or products is highly desirable. Proven ability to lead teams, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional growth.
