Responsibilities involve cleaning resident units and includes replacing soiled linen and towels, restocking room supplies such as soap and tissues, disinfecting bathroom and kitchen surfaces, dusting and polishing furniture, removing all trash, vacuuming carpets, and washing any uncarpeted floors.
Responsible for maintaining radio communication throughout the extent of work shift.
Ensure all housekeeping services (Departure Cleans, Midweeks, Strip/Prep) are completed accurately and timely.
Conduct thorough and accurate inspection cleans for residence arrival.
Additional tasks include cleaning door glass and interior windows.
Learn how to operate various mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, polishers, buffers, etc.
Responsible for disposal of trash and waste found in resident units.
Will be handling various cleaning solvents and chemicals and must comply with all regulations such as OSHA, SDS, State Health Department, etc.
Follow instructions on the safe use of germicidal cleaning solutions. All procedures for cleaning solution use will be part of housekeeping staff training.
Use safety precautions and always follow instructed chemical use.
Assist in the cleanliness and safety of lobbies, entryways, members' gathering areas, and wine room.
Assist in cleanliness of public facilities such as rest rooms, game room, tykes room, pool area, and entrances to the building. Stock with supplies as needed.
Report any needed repairs immediately to supervisor. Such as: Leaky faucet or toilet, loose tile, broken windowpanes, missing nuts/screws, etc.
Follow instructions on use of germicidal solutions to clean. All procedures for solution use will be part of the Lead Housekeeper's training.
Adhere to property standards for cleanliness, timeliness, checklists, and training guides.
Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks with little supervision.
Bring all questions, comments, or concerns to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Manager, or if necessary, the Facilities Director.
Use safety precautions in all housekeeping services.

Responsible communication with operators regarding proper operation of vehicles/equipment and shop tools and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as an ambassador of the City of Steamboat Springs and upholds City values of Service, Teamwork, Integrity, Well-being, Respect and Compassion, while espousing safety at all times.
Carries out preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicles and mechanical equipment, either personally, or through outside vendors.
Operates a variety of diagnostic instruments and a variety of hand, electric, and air-driven tools.

Inspects, adjusts and replaces necessary units and related parts in the performance of repair and maintenance work.
Repairs brake, engine, electrical, fuel, hydraulic, transmission, ignition, air, exhaust, axle assemblies, hybrid drive units and related systems on gas, hybrid and diesel vehicles.
Cuts and welds metal and performs limited body repair, touch-up, painting and related work.
Changes and repairs tires and tubes.

As a Residential Driver for our waste collection company, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a waste collection truck, servicing residential areas according to scheduled routes. Your duties include collecting household waste while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company safety standards. You will interact professionally with customers and team members, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any operational issues. This role requires a valid commercial driver's license (CDL), physical stamina, and a commitment to providing reliable waste management services to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely drive and operate industry specialized trucks to collect trash containers at residential neighborhoods while navigating high traffic, congested roads and alleys
Assist with the loading, transport, and unloading of waste from residential areas.
Follow all safety protocols while operating the vehicle and during the collection process, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in proper working condition, including checking fluid levels, brakes, tires, and other components.
Interact courteously with residents and address any questions or concerns related to waste collection services
Ensure accounts are serviced efficiently while leaving customer sites clean of debris
Ensure routes are completed within scheduled timelines and report any delays or issues to the supervisor.
Communicate customer needs and issues to office and sales department
Maintain accurate records of waste collected, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or truck malfunctions.
Work closely with waste collection team members to ensure efficient and effective service.
Other job-related duties as assigned.

Assist in payroll management for Club Services department.

Direct all activity related to dispatching CSA's, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.
Assist and manage delivering messages, newspapers, departure notices, and requested items to guests and owners.
