Oak Hill Advisors CEO and Leadership

Glenn R. August has overall management responsibility for Oak Hill Advisors. In addition, he serves as global head of the firm’s distressed investment activities. Mr. August co-founded the predecessor investment firm to Oak Hill Advisors in 1987 and took over responsibility for the firm’s credit and distressed investment activities in 1990. He has played leadership roles in numerous restructurings and, since 1987, has served on nine corporate boards. Mr. August currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OHA Investment Corporation, a publicly traded business development company (“BDC”). He also serves on the Board of Directors of Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc., the Board of Trustees of Horace Mann School and The Mount Sinai Medical Center and on the Board of Directors of the 92nd St. Y. Mr. August earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a B.S. from Cornell University.

Kahyeong Lee are a Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel at Oak Hill Advisors and are based in New, York. They have worked as Vice President at Lehman Brothers, Chief Compliance Officer & Associate General Counsel at VIking Global Investors LP, and Associate at Allen & Overy. Kahyeong attended Harvard Law School and Harvard University.

Mark Zaeske is a CFO at Oak Hill Advisors and is based in Greenwich, Connecticut. He has worked as Managing Director and Regional Product Executive for Liquidity and Investment Products at JPMORGAN CHASE & CO, Managing Director and CFO at JPMORGAN CHASE & CO, and Treasury Financial Analyst at ARCO. Mark attended University of Texas At Austin between 1985 and 1989 and UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO BOOTH between 1992 and 1994.
