Purpose:

Clean the employee break room when necessary.
Check and refill all paper towel and soap dispensers as necessary.
Assist with laundry duties as directed or as needed including, but not limited to linens, towels, and resident personal laundry.
Follow soiled and clean laundry protocol as directed by supervisor.
Provide inventory of chemicals, supplies, linens as required.
Log water or heat temperatures as required or requested.
Follow infection control and universal precautions policy.
Attend in-services and staff meetings as requested.
Keep janitor closets and housekeeping supply rooms clean and orderly.
Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary and appropriate by supervisor or Administrator.
Clean exterior windows, patios, or other outside areas as requested or assigned.

WHO WE NEED:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic and Executive Leadership

Program & Operations Oversight
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all housing programs, including: Public Housing, RAD. LIHTC, and affordable market-rate housing developments. This includes all aspects of property operations, including but not limited to: waitlist management, eligibility, leasing, regulatory compliance and reporting, maintenance, and inspections.
Ensures compliance with all HUD regulations, LIHTC regulations, other federal, state and local laws, and agency policies across all departments.
Monitor property performance, property budgets, and capital improvement plans.
Establish, monitor and refine operational standards/metrics, staffing models, and service benchmarks.
Oversee property management (in-house and third-party) and maintenance operations and performance, including occupancy, unit turnaround, rent collections, work order performance, preventative maintenance, and REAC/NSPIRE readiness and inspection scores.
Facilitate coordination between the vendor for the HCV program and HACM property management to ensure timely leasing of HACM-owned project-based voucher LIHTC developments.
Negotiate and manage lease agreements and regulatory/finance documents with counsel and partners.
Financial and Compliance Management
Ensure robust fiduciary and compliance controls are implemented for program operations and procurement/contracting.
Perform oversight and ensure compliance with partnership agreements, HUD requirements and regulations, and LIHTC requirements and regulations.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting requirements are met for HUD, Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA), investors, and other funding sources/partners.
Review program performance and operational metrics to maintain or improve service and performance while looking for opportunities to reduce costs.
Collaborate with Finance department on financial budgeting and reporting, capital fund planning, and resource allocation.
Development, Real Estate & Portfolio Transformation
Working closely with executive leadership, conduct portfolio analysis and update Asset Management Plan; recommend repositioning strategies (rehab, redevelopment, acquisition, conversion, or disposition) to strengthen long-term financial and physical viability of housing developments and of the organization.
Advance the CNI transformation plan and other revitalization initiatives; structure repositioning transactions (e.g., LIHTC, RAD/Section 18, mixed-finance, etc.) with public/private/philanthropic partners.
Community and Stakeholder Engagement & External Affairs
Represent HACM in meetings with HUD, WHEDA, local government, investors, donors, residents, resident organizations, landlords, neighborhood groups, media, and other partners.
Facilitate investor, lender, and state housing agency relations and coordinate communications with the various partners regarding LIHTC developments.
People, Culture & Talent
Lead and develop senior directors/managers in fostering a high-performing, collaborative, data-driven and accountable team culture that leads to the achievement of excellence and the implementation of best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications

2. Oversees and manages the technical aspects of kitchen sanitation. Directs Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) program. Manages department's food protection management certification and food handler license program. Conducts food safety and sanitation related training. Participates in regulatory inspections, including those conducted by the Dallas County Health and Human Services Department and the Texas Commission on Jail Standards.
3. Reviews and investigates grievances, complaints, and requests related to food service. Formulates responses.
4. Supervises a staff. Trains, evaluate, disciplines and coaches staff as needed.

Qualifications
Education, Experience and Training:
Education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in in food service, hospitality, facilities, business management, or a job-related field of study. Three (3) years' experience in an institutional food service environment with one (1) year supervisory experience required. Prefer experience in a jail/prison setting, school district, military, or hospital.
Special Requirements:
Registered as a Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and/or a Texas dietitian license through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. HSI Special Agent Basic Training: A mandatory component of continued employment is the successful completion of Basic Training, which consists of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Criminal Investigator Training Program (CITP) and the HSI Special Agent Training Program (HSISAT). The training is approximately 22 weeks in total. You may be temporarily reassigned to a non-law enforcement position if you fail to complete basic training.
Physical Fitness Testing (PFT): A pre-employment Physical Fitness Test (PFT) will be administered. A passing score is required. If you have failed a PFT, you are not eligible for consideration for 12 months from the closing date of the announcement in which you applied that required the PFT. Additionally, a PFT will also be administered at FLETC during Basic Training. Every trainee must pass the PFT during training.

As a Senior Environmental Compliance Manager, you will lead our junior environmental compliance staff in Houston and work closely with EnSafe' s senior level environmental compliance staff in Dallas to manage our clients and projects in Texas and other states. This will involve client management, proposal development, project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive project work. EnSafe' s environmental compliance professionals evaluate industrial facilities' compliance status with regulations pertaining to air, water and waste and assist clients with applying for and complying with various environmental permits and help facilities identify and comply with other environmental obligations. What You Will Be Doing:
The successful candidate should have a demonstrated ability to navigate local, state, and federal regulations, along with expertise in leading labor and material estimates, proposals, and business development efforts. They should be capable of developing and expanding existing market connections and client relationships. Areas of business include:
Preparing environmental compliance reports, in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements (e.g., RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA)
Periodic overnight travel to client locations in Texas and throughout the U.S. to perform environmental compliance audits or to assist clients with specific environmental compliance determinations and tasks.
Preparing stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs), spill prevention control and countermeasure (SPCC) plans, and hazardous waste contingency plans (HWCPs).
Preparing environmental permitting and compliance programs for multiple environmental media, including air, wastewater, stormwater, waste, and EPCRA (e.g., Tier II, Form R or TRI 312 and 313 reporting).
Managing projects while mentoring junior-level staff.
Ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive action is taken to address non-conformance at client sites.
In some cases, providing clients with project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive project work associated with environmental regulatory compliance and permitting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
7+ years of relevant Environmental Compliance experience.
Strong consulting and critical thinking skills are required.
Project management experience, including developing scopes of work, cost proposals and schedules, and managing multiple project teams simultaneously.
A Professional Engineering license, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, or other environmental certifications is preferred.
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
Air emission source permitting (Texas PBR/NSR & Federal Title V)
SPCC Plans and SWPPPs
EPCRA 312 and 313 reporting.
Hazardous waste reporting and contingency plans
Industrial wastewater discharge permitting and semiannual reporting.

PLEASE NOTE
The Spring Break Camp seasonal positions have the possibility to lead into a Summer Camp seasonal position upon formal employee review.
* Lead and implement camp activities under the supervision of camp leadership.
* Ensure safety protocols during all activities, including field trips and swimming.
* Supervise campers in water/pool settings at least twice a week.
* Maintain positive relationships with campers, parents, and staff.
