Oak Hills Country Club company history timeline
Alamo Country Club ceased operations during the war and started again as Oak Hills Country Club in 1946.
The New York Seniors Golf Association, Inc. was started in 1952.
Oak Hills Country Club began in 1967 as a 9-hole golf course in the Millard area of Southeastern Nebraska.
Westchester C.C. later joined Oak Hill in rotation, and by 1991 the association began moving the tournaments around the state, with ’91 spring matches at Brookfield C.C. and The Park Club.
In 2007, the number of certificate members was raised to 375.
Local golf officials consider Oak Hill to be one of the state’s best competitive venues, a recognition that has resulted in the club being awarded a 7th Massachusetts Open Championship in its Centennial Year of 2021.
