Oak Hills Local School District company history timeline
Until the consolidation of Green and Delhi Township schools into the Oak Hills School district, 1959, Delhi students had to journey to Woodward, Hughes or Western Hills for high school.
Oak Hills High School, opened in 1959 at its present location, 3200 Ebenezer Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211 and adopted a Scottish theme to give unity to all school symbols and to embody the school spirit of the athletic teams, known as the Highlanders.
Closure, Reopening, and Present DayThe original school was closed in 1984, during an era of declining school enrollment in Newton.
Due to increasing enrollment in Newton, the school was re-opened as the Oak Hill Middle School in September 1997.
A founding member of the Delhi Historical Society, she serves on the Delhi Township 2016 Bicentennial steering committee.
When completed for the start of the 2021-22 school year, it will include three new classrooms, common areas, a small-group workspace, two offices, and two restrooms, as well as a new fitness center.The first principal of Oak Hill Middle School was Mr.
