Position Summary: The Data Analyst is responsible for the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards utilizing eClinicalworks, and third-party data repositories. This position will interact with multiple disciplines of the Health Center, including, but not limited to Clinical, Financial, Quality, Imaging, Regulatory and Operations to ensure reporting needs are met. Job Responsibilities: * Develop logic for reports and data analysis using various SQL languages (PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL) along with eCW reporting tools. * Utilize function calls, SQL stored procedures, multiple table joins, nested select statements and various SQL programming techniques to extract structure and present data. * Understand and learn EMR workflows to translate between eCW to backend databases * Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various organizational functions. * Assist in data quality assurance by identifying inconsistencies, cleaning datasets, and implementing best practices for data governance. * Work with Relevant to be able to build custom reports and views based on staff requests * Work with third party organizations that deal with providing reports of views to Oak Orchard. * Be a liaison between Oak Orchard Health and HealthEfficient Qual IT program * Any other reasonable requests from management. Requirements Skills/Qualifications: * Proficiency in SQL languages, with strong experience in PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL. * Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes. * Knowledge of healthcare data systems and standards (e.g., EHR, HL7, ICD codes) is a plus. * Strong proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools. Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, health Informatics, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a healthcare environment. Position Summary: The Data Analyst is responsible for the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards utilizing eClinicalworks, and third-party data repositories. This position will interact with multiple disciplines of the Health Center, including, but not limited to Clinical, Financial, Quality, Imaging, Regulatory and Operations to ensure reporting needs are met. Job Responsibilities: Develop logic for reports and data analysis using various SQL languages (PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL) along with eCW reporting tools. Utilize function calls, SQL stored procedures, multiple table joins, nested select statements and various SQL programming techniques to extract structure and present data. Understand and learn EMR workflows to translate between eCW to backend databases Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various organizational functions.
