The Route Sales Representative, reporting directly to the Branch Manager, is responsible for managing product deliveries and overseeing inventory at customer locations. This role typically includes 20-30 customer stops per day and requires working in varying weather and driving conditions. In addition to delivery responsibilities, the Route Sales Representative plays a key role in driving business growth by fostering repeat business and generating new sales opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely deliver a full range of cryogenic and gaseous cylinders to customer locations.
Replenish empty customer tanks of all sizes. Tanks may be located indoors or outside.
Adhere to all established procedures for the safe handling, transport, and delivery of products.
Operate motor vehicle to transport Hazardous Material and equipment safely. Drive carefully and obey all traffic laws
Respond to emergency situations promptly and professionally, following established protocols
Monitor and manage customers' inventory of industrial gases and consumables to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Act as a liaison to Account Managers by providing regular updates on customer progress and activity.
Communicate customer concerns or issues promptly to the Account Manager for resolution.
Resolve customer issues regarding products or equipment malfunctions. Maintain good working relationships by ensuring that customers receive the best customer service.
Communicate with appropriate staff, accurately track product and delivery information, and create and maintain a variety of records and documents.
Complete pre-trip and post trip inspection of vehicle.
Record and maintain accurate sales and delivery paperwork
Document incidents communicate concerns to appropriate staff and give to supervisor immediately for investigation.
Work with customers to service and restock inventory in a timely and professional manner.
Restock Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) and vending machines with required products.
Perform minor preventive maintenance on vehicles and inform supervisor as appropriate for other maintenance needed for vehicles.
Perform minor preventive maintenance such as ensuring appropriate tire pressure, adding washer fluid, clean mirrors, etc.
Wash and clean interior including disposing of garbage.
Take vehicles to garage for maintenance and repairs as scheduled.
Perform emergency repairs to vehicles on the road or get assistance as appropriate.
Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies and promote continuous improvement of workplace safety.
Generate new and repeat sales by making recommendations to prospects and clients of various solutions the company offers to their current needs.
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend appropriate solutions.
Proactively recommend services needed by customers to increase satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities
The UND Department of Music is seeking a dynamic faculty member to join its undergraduate music therapy program. This position has an allocation of 85% teaching and 15% service.
* As the Clinical Coordinator of Music Therapy, the successful candidate will maintain and build relationships with practicum locations.
* The candidate will accompany students to their clinical placements and provide practicum supervision. This includes leading sessions, using scaffolding to support students to lead sessions over the course of the semester, and providing verbal/written feedback to students.
* The person in this position will also be expected to teach courses in the music therapy curriculum with an emphasis on Music Therapy Practicum I-IV. Essential Studies (general education) courses may also be included in the candidate's contract depending on music therapy enrollment.
* All faculty are expected to contribute to service within the department, college, university, and community and to participate in the department's recruitment and outreach initiatives.
