The Client Onboarding Specialist's primary responsibility is to deliver a Best-in-Class onboarding experience to new and existing client partners. The successful candidate leads, coordinates and strategizes to meet client goals and timelines. An Onboarding Specialist ensures all clients are set up for success and works in tandem with the Client Success Team (CST), Director of Sales and the Technical Support lead to communicate, collect and implement the required onboarding information and data for a successful launch.
