Overview
The Starbucks Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising a team of baristas, ensuring excellent customer service, managing team performance while upholding Starbucks standards during their shifts. Ensures Starbucks Branded concepts/OVG operational policies and procedures, including POS, safety and security to ensure the safety of all employees during each shift. Represents OVG as the Customer Service Agent providing quality, skilled guest service while ensuring the prompt and immediate check out of our guest. Expedites the efficiency and flow thru of guest check out. Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Adheres to the monitoring of product pricing, signage and placement and the use of product shelf tags and accompanying UPC codes. Notifies lead/supervisor/managers regarding guest's complaints and concerns.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $28.00 - $30.00

Manage store operation during scheduled shifts, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Lead and motivate a team of baristas, delegating tasks effectively to create a positive work environment and enhance team morale.

Train new partners on operational procedures, beverage preparation, and customer service standards, providing ongoing coaching and support.

Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Qualifications
Must have two years of Lead/Supervisory barista experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
Must have a High School Diploma/GED.
Must have sufficient math ability to accurately add, subtract, divide, multiply and perform other basic business math calculations and pass basic math skills test.
Ability to handle customer complaints and operational challenges with a calm and positive demeanor.
Must speak, be able to read and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors/managers and employee.
Understand written and oral direction and communication effectively with others.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to work closely with others.

Overview
The Premium Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the serving of guests in suite areas. The Premium Suites Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Approaches all encounters with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner

Clearly projects the visions of the department and measures progress
Attends weekly food and beverage meeting to continuously evaluate strategies and ideas for enhancement to benefit the guest experience.
Reviews scheduling and labor needs to meet the guests needs as well as maximize efficiency
Become familiar with the computer systems and technology currently in use in the various food and beverage areas, and administration as it relates to food and beverage, from both a hardware and software perspective.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position required.
Previous experience in bartending required.
Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nationally recognized, advanced food service sanitation training course certification.
Valid Managers ServSafe Certification
Valid Alcohol Service Permit (TABC)
Familiar with inventory cost control and menu planning.
Basic computer proficiency: E-mail, Excel, Word, Outlook, Schedule+.
Working knowledge of Point of Sale and timekeeping systems.
Cash handling abilities; basic math skills including significant number manipulation.
Ability to work a variable work schedule (including evenings and weekends, as required), depending upon event and business requirements.

About the Venue
This position is based at our Mullins Center. The William D. Mullins Memorial Center, also known as the Mullins Center, is a 9,493-seat multi-purpose arena (10,500 for 360 concerts), located on the campus of the University of Massachusetts, in Amherst, Massachusetts. The Mullins Center is the home of UMass Minutemen men's basketball, women's basketball, and men's ice hockey. In addition, the venue hosts numerous concerts, family shows, theater shows, and commencements annually. Located adjacent to the Mullins Center is the Mullins Community Ice Rink, which is open for public skating and racquetball, while also serving as the home rink for the UMass women's ice hockey team.

Responsible for maintaining the highest level of ice quality for the Community Ice Rink and Mullins Center Arena ice surfaces, as required by the event schedule and facility guidelines, overseeing ice maintenance and maintaining ice making equipment in the Mullins Center Community Ice Rink and Mullins Center Arena. Understands and oversees all building operations to operate safely and with a high standard of care and customer service.
Perform janitorial duties and ensures highest standard of cleanliness inside the building
Perform regular daily/weekly/monthly/annual equipment maintenance: (Weekly blades changes, Bearing greasing, Tire Pressure Checks, Engine oil changes, Cleaning, etc. Understand the importance of preventative maintenance)
Pro-actively performs repair and maintenance on projects requiring knowledge of use of tools
Demonstrate knowledge in all building related materials, equipment, and procedures.
Provides daily up-to-date reports to Ice Rink Director
Provides training of other resurfacer operators, skate guards, scorekeepers, and rental room attendants in all aspects of their job descriptions.
All other duties as assigned by Ice Rink Director or Mullins Center management.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: 2 years Ice Rink and Ice Maintenance related work

Overview
The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the alcohol serving of guests in the arena at various Bar locations, including portables & Premium locations, The Bar Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. Ensure proper set-up of all Bar locations prior to doors.
