Position Summary
Under the direction of the Operations Manager the Event Housekeeper is a part-time position that assists in daily facility upkeep. This includes a wide range of janitorial duties including vacuuming, trash disposal, surface cleaning, and restroom maintenance. Weekly hours will vary depending on employee availability and event schedules. Available may include first, second and third shifts.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $21.00-$22.50

About the Venue
The Blue Arena at The Ranch Events Complex, located in Loveland, Colorado, is a 6,800 seat multi-purpose venue, which opened in September 2003, and is home to the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League. The arena, which is owned by Larimer County, is managed by OVG360 and OVG hospitality division, the fastest growing firm in the public assembly facility management field with more than 300 facilities throughout the United States and Canada.
This multipurpose facility can host hockey, basketball, football, family shows in any configuration, rodeos, diverse concert settings in various capacities, trade shows and several dozen setups to accommodate just about any event. The Blue Arena, less than an hour's drive from Denver and Cheyenne, has become the focal point for sports and entertainment in Northern Colorado.
The Blue Arena is part of a larger 374,000 square-foot fairground complex called The Ranch which is the official name of the Larimer County Fairgrounds and Events Complex. Phase I of the project included 6 buildings and roughly 150 acres of site work. The Ranch includes the Mac Equipment, Inc. Indoor Arena, two livestock pavilions, the First National Bank Exhibition Building and the Thomas M. McKee Building. The Blue Arena and The Ranch has become the sports, entertainment, and agricultural hub for one of the fastest growing areas in the country.
Responsibilities
* Day to day cleaning based upon standard cleaning schedules.
* Handles all aspects of cleaning throughout the facility including both event day cleaning and detail cleaning before and after event.
* Stocking and reporting needed items of janitorial shelves and carts.
* Operate an assortment of equipment including buffer/burnisher, rider scrubber, walk behind scrubber, blower, vacuum, pressure washer and others as needed.
* Perform Housekeeping / Janitorial duties: Cleaning floors (both hard floors & carpeted), restrooms, furniture & equipment, walls, windows, fixtures, doors, and other areas and items throughout the facility.
* Complete all tasks as assigned by all members of management in a timely manner.
* Review and understand event documents to understand the needs of the event and its timeline.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Assign tasks and supervise Temporary staff when needed.
* Communicate timely with supervisors and management regarding scheduling and availability.
* Maintain departmental equipment; notifying Operations Manager when repairs are necessary.
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients to provide a positive employee climate.
* Other tasks as assigned to ensure the cleanliness and success of the arena and its events.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in janitorial maintenance.
* Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and working knowledge of cleaning equipment.
* High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Customer service focused.
* Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Must have demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
* Experience in heavy public contact.
* Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills with all staff, tenants, and clients.
* Previous experience in janitorial maintenance.
* Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and working knowledge of cleaning equipment.
* Physically able to work long hours on your feet as well as being able to lift and move at least 30lbs.
* Knowledge of OSHA standards/requirements preferred but not required.

Position Summary

Evaluate warehouse employee performance. Maintain employee records, written warnings, reviews and other related documents.
Conduct walk through of the commissary, warehouse and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.
Set up/tear down and loading of all concession stands, portables and food truck.
Oversee daily operation as either opening or closing manager on duty.

The Parking Attendant will be tasked with providing the highest level of customer service for guests at the Blue Arena and The Ranch parking lots to further increase their overall event experience. You would be responsible for your post location and all things involved with ingress and egress of your scheduled parking event.
This role pays an hourly rate of $18.50.
