Overview
The Warehouse Receiver is responsible for assisting in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. A passion for customer service, availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and independent decision-making skills are required.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $19.00 to $21.00

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
Conduct walk through of the commissary, warehouse and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.
Receiving and processing incoming shipments
Verifying the contents of shipments against purchase orders
Ensuring that the goods are stored safely and in the correct location within the warehouse
Inspecting delivered items for damage, accuracy, and completeness against purchase orders and packing slips
Ensure invoices are correct and credits are being reported accurately
Assist Culinary with receiving
Oversee the dock and deliveries
Backup Supervisor
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, professional and courteous manner which fosters a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
Ability to make sound business/operations decisions (i.e. regarding employee placement, staffing adjustments, and/or respond to technical, product or equipment challenges during an event) quickly and under pressure.

Possess a thorough working knowledge of all existing concessions locations: geographical location, equipment, evacuation procedures, adjacent employee and guest areas, and facility access.
Possess valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required by Provincial or local government.
Possess thorough working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, safety standards, etc. pertaining to OVG and venue concession operations.
Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.

Position Summary

About the Venue
The Facilities Division of OVG360 has an exciting opening for a Iceplex Associate on the campus of Arizona State University for the new 5,000 seat multi-purpose arena and community ice rink. The new Mullett Arena opened in the fall of 2022 and is the home to ASU Sun Devil Men's Ice Hockey, ASU Club Hockey, and a variety of events, including concerts, family shows, comedy and other live events. The community ice rink serves as a public venue to the community and hosts hockey and skating programming, youth competitions, educational opportunities and more.
Responsibilities

Overview
To oversee the direction of the kitchen's daily activities in accordance with Oak view Groups policies and objectives to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability and a positive, productive and compliant work environment. Overview
Under the general supervision of the General Manager, the Lead Merchandise Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the team shops' product management, inventory and product displays. Responsibilities
Deliver the company experience for guests:
Make and coordinate all restaurant reservations in a timely manner delivering exceptional guest hospitality and customer service.
Communicate all guest details to the restaurant team to create the company experience for guests.
Assist in creating seating charts
Follow up with guests with additional services that enhance the guests' experience.
Demonstrate the restaurant values when providing service and teamwork.
Able to execute a smooth guest check-in experience.
Create luxury for all the senses by greeting and seating guests:
Welcome guests and make them feel at home, reiterating any special requests.
Occasionally seat guests, provide them with the menu and information about the restaurant.
Follow up with guests post dining to obtain feedback on their experience, and filter back to the restaurant management team.
Qualifications
3-5 years on exemplary customer service experience.
Demonstrate ability to proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources.
Skillfully determine whether tasks should be attempted, identifying the most effective way of completing the task, and preparing to overcome expected difficulties.
Be professional, articulate, and punctual.
Be able to support full-time flexible hours including late nights, weekends and holidays
Experience with Resy and Seven Rooms reservations systems preferred

Overview
The OVG360, a, division of OVG has an exciting opening for a part-time position on the campus of Arizona State University for the new 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena and community ice rink. Position Summary
The Catering Runner assists the Catering/Suite Manager in providing Premium guests with a pleasant experience. The Catering Runner is primarily responsible for setting the suite up with appropriate pre-ordered and complimentary food and beverage items and serving equipment before the guests arrive. Following the event the Catering Runner will clear away any remaining food and equipment, restoring the Suite to pre-event condition.
