Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor under the direction of the Concessions Manager performs activities of the warehouse function at the facility and other duties as required by the Concessions Manager.
This role pays an hourly wage of $14.00 to $16.00

Responsibilities
Receives ordered goods and ensures orders agree with receiving report.
Transfers food & beverage items to concession stands according to food & beverage procedures.
Directs storage, preparation and service of concession merchandise.
Notifies management when inventory needs arise and assures necessary inventory is ordered, stocked and available.
Ensures adequate storage of merchandise by continual supervision of stock levels.
Ensures warehouse is clean and neat.
Rotates inventory to minimize spoilage.
Maintains and reconciles all pertinent logs, transfer sheets and ensures that all transfers are documented.
Ensures that proper sanitation procedures are followed.
Maintain a professional work ethic.
Provide the highest customer service excellence.
Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (including other departments).

Overview
Security Officers will be responsible for protecting BOK Center and Cox Business Convention Center and visitors, staff and vendors on a 24 hour, 7 day per week basis.

Responsibilities
Monitors and operates closed circuit surveillance, access control and fire alarm systems.
Vets all visitors/contractors, verifies appropriate credentials and prevents unauthorized access to the premises.
Patrols all properties as required and ensures, in a friendly and professional manner, the security of employees, contracted building partners and visitors.
Detects and resolves immediate safety and criminal issues; responds to the scene of an incident and acts as an emergency first responder if required.
Acts as property first responder to alarms, medical calls, property damage, etc.
Maintains absolute confidentiality on sensitive issues.
Maintains accurate notes and log information as required; ensures that all pass-on information is communicated to the next shift.
Completes all activity logs, incident reports, repair forms and other documents in a clear, concise, and legible format in a timely, efficient manner.
Performs person and package/parcel screening according to policies and procedures.
Conducts detailed internal investigations into incidents and provides detailed, objective reports for each shift or incident.
Attends briefing and training sessions to ensure complete knowledge of policies and upcoming events.
Greet all clients, employees, guests, and vendors in a professional manner.
Follows established security protocols and procedures at all times.
Represents the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in large public assembly facilities highly desirable. Courses in criminal justice or security training by recognized academy, school or organization desirable.
Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in the English language, both orally and in writing. Ability to communicate in Spanish is desired.

Previous Law Enforcement/Public Safety experience a plus.

Responsibilities
Security Officer Duties (as needed):
Perform all essential duties of a Security Officer, including responding to incidents, working scheduled shifts and ensuring a safe environment for all.
Management and Supervision:
Provide oversight, direction, and supervision of all matters related to security training.
Coordinate and supervise specific event-related security as required.
Adopt a customer service philosophy and public relations approach to the performance of all duties and establish and promote this philosophy with department staff.
Serve as liaison and work closely with event organizers, show managers, show contractors, and staff in all matters involving show security/traffic and safety.
Work with all entities to ensure effective operation and adherence to security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Maintain effective working relationships with police, fire watch, EMS, and other security personnel and/or safety organizations.
Support scheduling of guards for day-to-day operations and special events.
Adjust and update work schedules to reflect cost efficiency and building activity.
Handle complaints, disturbances, or related problems with the public, staff, or promoters.
Attend department meetings and weekly staff meetings.
Develop and maintain a harmonious working relationship with all other departments.
Attend events deemed necessary by leadership, including but not limited to events where a safety or security risk is elevated and/or events where severe weather is forecasted for the local area.
Be responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources department; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Keep subordinate personnel adequately informed of performance expectations and handle employee concerns.
Ensure proper training and development programs for security staff to ensure ongoing improvement and professional growth.
Training Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement training curricula for all security personnel.
Conduct initial onboarding training for all new security officers.
Develop and execute training programs for security staff as well as non-security personnel, including coordination with external resources.
Deliver recurring and specialized training sessions on critical security topics, including: Physical security principles and practices for large venues , National Incident Management System (NIMS) principles and application , Active Shooter preparedness and response , De-escalation techniques and conflict resolution , Report writing and documentation , Access control systems and procedures for high-traffic areas , Patrol procedures and observation skills , and Crowd management strategies and techniques.
Develop and deliver essential security training to non-security employees, including: Emergency response protocols, Shelter-in-place procedures, Evacuation plans and procedures, and Basic crowd management awareness for front-line staff.
Provide hands-on instruction and practical exercises to reinforce learned concepts, including drills and simulations.
Oversee and coordinate the certification process for First Aid, CPR, and AED for all security personnel, and act as a certified trainer if qualified.
Assess training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to programs.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Collaborate with security management, event operations, and other departments to identify training needs.
Act as a mentor and resource for security officers.
Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and to come in for different shifts to conduct training as required.
Train and maintain standards for guards and other personnel in protective procedures, first aid, fire safety, emergency procedures as well as all functional areas of the OVG Tulsa Security Department.
Participate in training programs (fire drills, shelter in place, active shooter, and evacuation in place) for full-time and part-time employees.
Oversee onboarding for new security personnel.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or related field preferred but not required.
Minimum of three years of responsible management experience in security or law enforcement, with demonstrated responsibility for security, safety, investigations and asset and infrastructure protection.
5+ years of experience in physical security operations, with significant experience in a high-volume, dynamic public-facing environment, such as entertainment complexes, resort properties, or large-scale integrated facilities.
Demonstrated experience in training and adult education, including developing and delivering curricula.
Police and/or law enforcement background preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
CPR certification and other emergency/life-saving techniques.
Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
CLEET Certification preferred but not required.
NIMS (National Incident Management System) training certification required within 60 days of start date.
Active Shooter training certification preferred.
Ability to be certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED within 60 days of hire (Prior certification as an instructor is highly desirable).
Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of the problems, issues, philosophies, principles, tactics, and procedures related to the management of security and safety services.

* Develops computer-aided design (CAD) drawings when needed for events and reviews, interprets, approves, and provides direction for changes based on external production company drawings and rigging plots

* Works closely with Technical Services Sales Manager (TSSM) on event production consultations, implementation of the technical design and estimated invoice, and updates TSSM as needed on design changes and labor hours resulting in changes to the invoice
* Supervises full-time production staff including their assigned tasks, monitoring progress, timeliness, and quality of results; responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, appraising, and discipline of staff
* Supervises crews of part-time A/V Technicians including their assigned tasks, monitoring progress on work calls, timeliness, and quality of results; responsible for payroll, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, reviewing, and discipline of staff
* Maintain department records including documentation on personnel, event designs and advance notes, event recaps, repair and maintenance history and timelines, equipment inventories, and other documentation as needed
* Provides timely response and follow up on consultations, maintenance, and orders placed with external vendors for production needs; responsible for purchasing paperwork associated with external vendors
* Assists in developing bid specifications, renewal agreements, and manage all related items to ensure quality and timely results
* Maintains overall departmental budget and assists TSSM in reaching financial goals for production services offered to events
* Maintains production shops, storage rooms, and theatrical spaces for cleanliness and safe working conditions
* Provides proper control and care for life safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) for all production teams, both internal and external, working on site

Qualifications
Minimum Education & Experience

Overview
The Director of Finance is a member of the senior management team for Oak View Group (OVG) at BOK Center and Arvest Convention Center. The Director of Finance plans and directs all aspects of financial, accounting, purchasing, and internal control functions for the venues by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors. The Director of Finance directly supervises the Finance Department carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with OVG's policies and applicable laws.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, driven, and collaborative professional who will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all aspects of financials and accounting activities at the facility. Further duties include coordination and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting as needed. Other responsibilities include overseeing the interviewing, hiring of fulltime employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.
This role pays an annual salary of$110,000 to $130,000 and is bonus eligible

Responsibilities
Assists in the development and implementation of facility goals and priorities relating to financial management, budget, accounting, purchasing, and/or payroll in compliance with State and Federal law, and policies and procedures.

Monitors compliance with all provisions of the management contract.
Maintains contact with Risk Management Department and Insurance broker for coordination of appropriate coverage.
Reviews all contracts for client, events, subcontractors, food and beverage or concessionaires.

Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.
Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
Analyzes financial performance and cost analyses for all departments; prepares monthly financial statements, recommends appropriate actions/changes in order to meet business goals.
Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
Coordinates preparation of Client or external audit materials and financial reporting; implements recommendations of Client as requested

Qualifications
B.S. in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
5-7 plus years of experience in public accounting and/or financial management at a supervisory level or as department head.
Acts as Manager on Duty as required. Must work nights and weekends if required.
Be a business partner with other departments insuring financial success of the venue.
Extensive knowledge of general and cost accounting.
Excellent math skills; high aptitude for figures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational ability.
Effective supervisory skills.
Must pass background and credit check per guidelines
Experience with ADP payroll, and Sage accounting preferred.
Industry experience is preferred.
CPA or MBA a plus
