The ideal candidates will answer calls using professional-level interpersonal communications skills, then provide clear and concise written follow-up communications to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction for customers of IT3 Communications. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, timely, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries and concerns. Work Schedule: Applicants need to be willing to work a third shift, extended shifts, weekends, and holidays as required along with mandatory overtime.
