Essential functions (job duties):
This part-time position provides support to the HIGH Program team with tasks related to fundraising and program support.
+ Position is 20 hours per week - may vary at times
+ Hours within a traditional workday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm
+ Evening and weekend hours may be required, on occasion
Essential Functions
This position provides administrative support to HIGH Program and Founding Director, including ordering and maintaining office and marketing supplies, filing, answering phones, preparation of reports, budget tracking, calendar management, and scheduling.
Recruit and manage a team of 5 - 10 interns, volunteers, and work study students. Work with HR department to recruit and onboard new team members. Train, supervise, and track work assignments.
Represent the HIGH Program at university events. Gather HIGH Program marketing materials, provide customer support to all inquiries about the HIGH Program for both potential donors and award recipients.
Process student applications for assistance in a manner compliant with FERPA.
Track student applications to completion, maintain a database of student applications.
Adhere to confidentiality and data usage policy for the division.
Perform related duties as assigned.

Excellent customer service skills and professional etiquette, a must. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) and use of complex administrative systems. Self-motivated, problem solver, detail oriented individual with the ability to multi-task. Must be dependable and reliable.
