ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Racing Outrider is responsible for ensuring the safety of all horse racing participants (both human and equine) during training and live racing. They also help riders who are having trouble with difficult horses, particularly when a horse tries to run away with its rider.
Basic rule enforcement
Leading animals to starting gates
Chasing down run aways
Chasing down any early starters
Sounding the alarm to notify rider injury
Leading animals for morning exercise
Opening & closing the track at the beginning & end of the day
Coordinating with other track personnel
Overseeing morning exercise routines & maintaining order
Punctual attendance required
Ability to work required overtime.
Other duties as assigned

The Facility Engineer HVAC is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and executing installation, repairs, troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on, including but not limited to, commercial grade heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and multi-zone systems that incorporate pneumatic, electronic, and/or programmable logic controls. Responds to emergency power failures and emergency back-up systems. Monitor and test various HVAC systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads lower level HVAC technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems that incorporate pneumatic, digital, and central energy management system controls.
Develops heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system modification plans and estimates jobs for remodel activities.
Creates preventive maintenance checklists for new equipment.
Interprets as-built building blueprints and recommends system modifications for remodel projects in accordance with applicable regulations.
Researches and selects materials for HVAC systems installation, repair, and maintenance.
Leads, guides, and/or trains other technicians in applicable procedures and techniques.
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
Prioritizes, schedules and assigns work. Provides training, guidance and coaching. Assists technicians in troubleshooting system malfunctions. Monitors work practices to ensure safety practices are utilized.
Oversees maintenance repair and troubleshooting for HVAC systems and apparatus.

Reviews pre-construction documents and technical guidelines
Responds to emergency HVAC calls such as power outage and failures. Evaluate situation and take proper corrective action.

Reviews and authorizes department purchases ensuring transactions meet guidelines.
