This position is responsible for designing and implementing science based training for athletic enhancement, covering speed, strength, agility and recovery while collaborating with medical staff, analyzing performance, and mentoring athletes in skill and wellness for peak performance and injury prevention. Essential Functions
Completes sport performance texting (prior experience with markerless biomechanical analysis and 3D force plates helpful)
Develops, conducts, and updates individualized, research driven, strength, conditioning, and performance programs (in-season, off-season, and pre-season) for individuals and teams
Delivers & oversees “Return to Play” program to injured clients; communicating as needed with physical therapist, athletic trainer, coach and physician on progress.
Provides sports performance testing and training on off site facilities to fulfill professional and local partnerships
Educates clients regarding exercise technique and appropriate use of equipment.
Documents results and training in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
Maintains equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment.
Maintains a clean and inviting work environment according to health department codes and facility standards.
Provide mentorship, training, and oversight to Exercise Therapists and Exercise Specialists.

Position Summary
The Kids Club Coordinator is responsible for creating safe, engaging, and educational adventure based experiences for younger guests. This position supports guests, colleagues, and the overall operation by delivering high quality children programming aligned with Blue Sky Utah service standards.

Essential Functions
Performs respiratory care procedures in response to patient needs and physician orders within the Scope of Practice of the Respiratory Care Department.

Supports standardization and implementation of department protocols, policies, and procedures for patient care delivery.
Handles problems and concerns until they can be dealt with by clinical leadership or department management as applicable. Maintains, troubleshoots, and adjusts respiratory care equipment and diagnostic equipment.
Maintains timely, accurate records and documentation to satisfy department, hospital, and legal requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned. May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need. May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of a NBRC approved Respiratory Therapist program. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (RRT)
Maintain an advanced credential as approved by RCS leadership and Human Resources (e.g. ACCS, NPS, AE-C, SDS, CPFT, RPFT) for respiratory therapists in the Clinical Pathway.
Current license for Respiratory Therapy in the state of practice is required Registered Respiratory.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Specific certifications as required (i.e. PALS, ACLS, NRP).

The Lifeguard I position is responsible for responding to emergency situations and providing safe enjoyment of the pool, hot tub, and splash pad for Fieldhouse patrons.
Minimum Qualifications
15 years of age or older.
Current Lifeguarding certification.
Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
Ability to pass the Red Cross pre-screen swim test.
The successful applicant must pass a required pre-employment background check, and subsequent mandatory background checks in accordance with current District policy requirements.
Preferred but not required

Previous customer service experience.
Previous experience with aquatic safety, lifesaving, and first aid.
Essential Functions

Test pool, hot tub, and splash pad water periodically throughout the shift; record levels and numbers.
Inform patrons of the rules and regulations to be observed in and around the pool and spa; enforce such rules and regulations to minimize or eliminate hazardous situations.
Enforce public health rules and regulations.
Communicate with patrons and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Report any malfunction of equipment to the Head Lifeguard.
Fill out appropriate accident/incident reports.
