Responsibilities:
Provide programmatic and staff oversight of Addictions-licensed Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs, including assigning staff to shifts, maintaining strong working relationship with external providers, community resources and referral sources;
Develop and expand Substance Use Counseling Program in the community and within grant programs;
Provides individual, family and group counseling to clients at an IOP and OP level of care based on evidenced-based practice;
Work with nursing and prescriber staff to ensure Medication Assisted Treatments (MAT), safety planning and harm reduction practices are embedded in clinical programming;
Conducts assessments through New Jersey intake system including a comprehensive assessment that identifies the individualized strengths, barriers and needs of the person served, as needed;
