Position Summary:
Dietary Aide ensures residents receive freshly prepared meals served restaurant-style throughout the day in a professional, caring manner in accordance with federal and state regulations and Oaks Senior Living dining standards. Assists residents and guests with all aspects of restaurant-style meal service for the Main Dining Room. Sets tables, takes food and beverage orders, serves residents and guests, clears tables. Ensures dining room is vacuumed, tables cleared and cleaned, and tables reset after each meal service assigned.
